Assistant, Administrative - Executive

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the COO, Director of Field Operations and Director of Project Delivery. Employee will handle assignments ranging in complexity and requiring the use of experience, innovation, and judgment.  Employee will plan and conduct work requiring independent evaluation, assume responsibility for contribution to the success of projects, and will exercise autonomy for unreviewed decisions.


Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Ordering office material and supplies
  • Completing expense reports
  • Handling mail (e.g., sorting, delivering, preparing outgoing)
  • Providing administrative services (e.g., corporate governance)
  • Assisting with and coordinating projects and presentations

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Direct employees, visitors, and/or customers to the appropriate person according to their nature of business
  • Process, proof-read, and maintain office documents
  • Generate reports and perform data entry as needed
  • Maintain appointment calendars, arrange travel schedule reservations, and compile expense statements



  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in an executive administrative role, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, or related software
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Access.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
