This position designs, analyzes, develops, implements, upgrades, tests, administers, troubleshoots, and supports custom and third-party application systems to enhance company efficiency, regulatory compliance, responsiveness, and competitive advantage.  This team member also partners with business departments, vendors, and developers to define requirements, research new technologies, explore opportunities, and improve process efficiency.

This position has the ability to work fully remote. Team member must reside in one of our business operating states: Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming. 


Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):


  • Support the technology objectives of the company by designing, analyzing, developing, implementing, upgrading, testing, troubleshooting, administering, and supporting business systems
  • Partner with business departments, vendors, and developers to translate business needs into technology solutions 
  • Develop a solid understanding of applications being supported
  • Increase knowledge of Information Technology methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Draw on analytical experience to develop a variety of solutions for moderately complex problems
  • Adhere to department values, policies, procedures, methodologies, and security and / or confidentiality requirements
  • Participate in on-call rotation



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Teamwork skills
  • Analytical and Organized
  • Experience with Programming or Scripting languages
  • Experience with database design and SQL querying


  • Major in Computer Science or similar technical degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in software development
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET (C#)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular)
  • Experience with Web Services (WCF, WebAPI, or REST)
  • Experience with SSRS or other reporting/analytics tools
  • Experience with Job Queueing tools such as JAMS
  • Experience with managing build and release pipelines
